Our highly experienced managers and their conservative approach to mortgage lending have allowed Aventus to preserve 100% of investors’ capital while generating above-market returns of 11.62% on average per quarter, annualized, since inception in Q1 2018.
HOW IT WORKS
An individual or company has investment funds available to purchase shares or “units” of Aventus Capital (the “Fund”) at $1 per share.
The investor purchases units of the fund through any registered plans (RRSP, TFSA, RRIF, RESP, etc. ) which is administered by Olympia Trust, a federally regulated trust company, or with cash.
Aventus pools the investments and provides mortgage loans to borrowers, only if the borrowers qualify based on strict lending criteria established by Aventus to protect investors’ capital.
The borrowers use the mortgages to buy, build, or refinance their homes. Interest and fees from these mortgages are returned to investors via quarterly dividends (after management fees and expenses).
